President – Elect

Term:
One year, starting every other odd numbered year

Status:
Elected and attends all board and executive committee meetings

Requirements:
At least two years on the state board in a vice president position

Strategic Plan Committee:
Board Operation and Administration

Duties:

• Observes the President’s functions
• Participates in the Conference of State Presidents
• Prepares to assume the President position on July I of the next year
• Submits an annual report of her work to the state President
• As requested by the President
