Duties:
- Maintains and chairs committees in all local arrangement areas including:
- Visual Enhancement
- Registration
- Convention Program Book
- Advertising Sales
- Friday and Saturday Evening Events
- Sunday Interfaith Service
- Room Monitors
- Welcome and Registration Packet
- Work with Convention Coordinator on hotel set up and food requirements and meal choices
- Work with Convention Coordinator in all areas as needed
- Submit a report from each of the above various committees to the Convention Coordinator
- As requested by the President
