Accepting Applications for State Officer Positions
The AAUW-WI Nominating Committee is now accepting applications for the following AAUW-WI State Board positions: voter ed, college/university rep, historian, international relations All applicants must be members of AAUW and the president-elect must have previous state board experience. The Board currently meets face-to-face four times a year in varying locations. Additionally, Executive Board members are on the Finance Committee, which meets once a year. Board members receive reimbursement allowances for mileage, meals and lodging. To apply, please send your name, contact information (including e-mail address), membership status and a brief (300 words or less) explanation of why you are seeking this position and please mention any helpful skills/qualities/experiences that you possess.
