Duties:

  • Maintains and chairs committees in all local arrangement areas including:
    • Visual Enhancement
    • Registration
    • Convention Program Book
    • Advertising Sales
    • Friday and Saturday Evening Events
    • Sunday Interfaith Service
    • Room Monitors
    • Welcome and Registration Packet
  • Work with Convention Coordinator on hotel set up and food requirements and meal choices
  • Work with Convention Coordinator in all areas as needed
  • Submit a report from each of the above various committees to the Convention Coordinator
  • As requested by the President
