AAUW Wisconsin Leadership Vice President

Term:
Two years, starting every other odd-numbered year

Status:
Elected and attends Board and Executive Committee meetings

Leadership management skills and experience

Strategic Plan Committee:
Leadership Development

Duties:

• Oversees the attainment of AAUW-WI’s biannual Leadership Development Committee goals established to forward the Strategic Plan
• Maintains and chairs the Leadership Development Committee made up of the five District Coordinators
• Oversees the work of the District Coordinators
• Makes arrangement for state workshops and conferences concerning leadership training for Branches and individual members
• Acts as a resource for Branch leadership counterparts
• Prepares articles for Badger Briefs
• Reports to the President/State Board for their meetings
• Performs other duties as may be requested by the President, assigned by the Board of Directors, and/or specified in the State Bylaws
