Diversity Coordinator
Term:
Two years coinciding with the president's term
Status:
Appointed and attends board meetings
Requirements:
Diversity management skills and experience
Strategic Plan Committee:
Membership
Duties:
- Maintains and chairs a committee on diversity, including representatives from each of the five districts
- Establishes and maintains contact with branch diversity counterparts
- Helps branches and individual members understand diversity
- Determines a state diversity emphasis, with the help of her committee, and coordinates implementation
- Assists the Program VP with achievement of the 5 Star State requirements for Community Action and Social Justice
- Provides articles to Badger Briefs
- Submits board meeting reports and an annual report of her work to the state President
- As requested by the President
